Harper Lee’s novel is full of interesting and richly paint characters. Which character was your favourite and why?
Among all the characters in To Kill a Mockingbird, my favourite character would be Atticus Finch. I started liking him especially a lot after reading about the court case. This is because I find that his actions of standing up for the blacks although others are prejudice against them are very commendable. Even though he was called a “nigger-lover”, he disregarded this comment and continued helping Tom Robinson, as he knew that was the right thing to do. People like him are very rare back in those days, who was willing to work with them, what’s more help these black people, who were regarded as of much lower status then the whites. To be able to stand up for justice; that is what I really admire about Atticus Finch.
